Our Story
A2Z Import Export started with a small Vietnamese-American family problem: we missed the flavors of home.
Thanh is a woman who came to America from Vietnam in the height of the 1980s, and has proudly raised her family in sunny Southern California with her husband Thomas. Her children loved the fruits, snacks, and meals that came from her home and her culture, but there was always one prominent problem: the most authentic, real, and tasty flavors would always be too hard to find in America. She'd have to travel for hours to find the stores that had the ingredients she wanted to create the taste of home right where she was.
This was the start of her mission to bring the flavors she loved from her childhood home to her new home. Thanh and her sister began to exchange mail with goodies and snacks for each other's children. Her sister would send dried and powdered goods like vegetables, fruits, and nuts to Thanh. Eventually, Thanh realized something important: America was missing the most authentic and real flavors of her hometown, and the USA's growing love of Southeast Asian culture and food has opened up a grand opportunity to bring Vietnamese flavors to the USA for every person to enjoy.
Since 2020, Thanh and her sister have worked hard to bring the authentic flavors of Southeast Asia to America through A2Z Import Export, focusing their efforts to give Asian producers the chance to bring their products to an American audience.

Thanh Le
Chief Executive Officer
As Founder and CEO, Thanh is dedicated to providing top-notch import/export solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Recognizing the limited availability of authentic Asian food in the US, she leverages over 20 years of experience in retail and marketing strategies, along with her expertise in storefront management and graphic design. Supported by a network of consultants who facilitate the successful introduction and sale of products in the American market, she established A2Z Import Export to connect Asian cultures with American consumers.
Thomas Le
Chief Technical Officer
Thomas is a distinguished leader with a remarkable 30+ years career spanning military service as a Navy Lieutenant and civilian work at the Department of Defense in computer engineering and system administration. His engineering background is complemented by his fascination and interest in Information and Technology, which he now leverages by acting as a US FDA agent. This unique combination of technical skills and regulatory knowledge makes it so all communications with A2Zie are clear and all logistical paperwork are taken care of with ease.
Dung Tran
Chief Commercial Officer
As CEO of Thinh Bach Import Export Limited Company, a Vietnamese partner in the A2Zie group, Dung is a successful entrepreneur recognized with a 2022 Global Business Award. Now serving as Director and Developer of the wholesale market and distribution district center in Can Tho City, Vietnam, her extensive experience includes importing and exporting farm-fresh produce and foods to global markets such as China, Dubai, Germany, and Russia. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to clients.
Henry Dang
Chief Operations Officer
Henry is the owner of MTP Foods Co., a Vietnamese company and partner in the A2Zie group. His background in finance, banking, production, international trade, and sales & marketing equips him to manage all aspects of the business. He has experience in food branding and product quality assurance with his brand Kalo, and brings this experience to A2Zie with his enthusiasm to help new products hit the shelves. He communicates well in both English and Vietnamese. He is dedicated to help our clients succeed in their trading endeavors.
